Try some yoga before bedtime! The 7 minute yoga with Adriene seems to do the trick for us.

Music can also be a great way to fall asleep. Our Pandora fave's include Nature Radio, Ocean waves radio, and calm meditation radio.

A few key things you should know before you go to bed that could make or break a good night's sleep:

  1. Try covering all unnatural light in the room such as alarm clock, stereo, and phone.
  2. Turn your phone on silent or do not disturbed mode.
  3. Try to avoid using your phone for texts, calls, and social media 45-mintues before bed.
  4. When using the music and meditation apps on your phone, be sure to place your phone face down to avoid incoming notifications.
