In honor of Self-love Awareness Month, We R Native is partnering with the Center for Native American Youth (CNAY) and the Native Wellness Institute (NWI) to launch the Celebrating Self Love Call for Submissions. We are accepting submissions from ALL Native Americans, from tiny tots to elders, to showcase what self-love and self-care mean to them. We are asking all of Indian Country to submit entries that respond to the following prompt: Celebrating Self-love: What does Self-Love and Self-Care mean to you? What does it look like for you, your family, or your community? How do you care for your mind, body, and spirit to be holistically well? Send us a video, picture, or art piece of your creation that represents this prompt. For your participation, your relatives at CNAY, NWI, and We R Native, and THRIVE will send you a Healing Kit to support your wellness journey. If you have any questions, please reach out to: ltate@npaihb.org.
